High Tide Tattoo and Arts Festival

The Mill Casino is hosting their very own, first tattoo event: High Tide Tattoo Art Festival with official Host Shop 11:11 Tattoo! 

This three-day event is filled with world-class tattoo artists from all over the country. Multi award-winning artist like Brandon Davenport and former Ink Master contender Mat Valles will be here. Guests will have the rare opportunity to work with these artists directly to plan their next tattoo.
