Wildlife Viewing with SEA
Join SEA (Shoreline Education for Awareness, Inc.) volunteers to view the Southern Oregon Coast's amazing wildlife. SEA Volunteers will be at Face Rock on Saturday and Sundays, May 4-July 17, from 9am to noon.
Turkey Trot
5K Fun Run/Walk/Push a Pram. This is a low-key, fun event for the whole family (no numbers, no timing), and a great way to build up an appetite for the big Turkey Feast.
Sunset Bay Trail Run
The Sunset Bay Trail Run is a hilly and scenic trail along the scenic Oregon Coast. A very challenging course for the longer distances and the views will take what breath you have left away.
Run Whiskey Run
Located roughly 20 miles south of Coos Bay, the region?s first single-track trail system is open year-round to mountain bikers, but for the first time ever will be reserved for those of us who shred at running pace.

Mac's Run
Mac's Run is a 5K and 10K on a hilly and challenging course with breathtaking ocean views. The race is entirely on paved roads.
July Jubilee - North Bend
Help celebrate North Bend's birthday in true community style at the July Jubilee, a fun-filled weekend packed with music, games, local flavor, and family-friendly activities, all highlighting the spirit of this charming coastal town! The July Jubilee takes place in North Bend from July 18 to July 20.
Golden and Silver Falls Hike
During the 3 mile, moderately strenuous, hike we will explore the falls and rich natural and cultural history of this special place. Things to bring: sturdy hiking boots, camera, water bottle, lunch and snacks. We will provide transportation from Coos Bay. [Max 16] FREE Pre-registration is required.
Firecracker Run
Firecracker Run is a 1/2-mile kid?s run and a 4K for grown-ups. Kid's run is 1.5 times around the lake. 3K is 2 times around the lake followed by a HUGE hill in beautiful Mingus Park.
Ferry Park Open Disc Golf Tournament
The 6th Annual Ferry Park Open Fundraiser will be a single day event on Saturday, Aug 2nd. Sponsored by Discraft! Both Amateur and Pro divisions will be playing 2 rounds of 18+ holes at Ferry Rd and Winsor Park.
