Sound Bath with Samantha Stanger

Join us as Samantha Stanger of Samsara Sound Baths guides us using her crystal singing bowls and peaceful instruments during this session. Reduce anxiety, soothe tension, and alleviate stress while being immersed in these magical sound frequencies.

Please bring a mat/pillow/pad/blankets, or anything you need to be comfortable.

The sound bath will be an hour + then we will enjoy a custom tea blend from Samantha's garden to assist with integrating the sound healing experience.
