Mellow Morning Yoga

The yoga practice will be an all levels vinyasa class taught by Megan Punt Livingston, 200RYT- focusing on linking breath with movement, your own body's alignment and being surrounded by nature! Everyone is welcome, come as you are! Class is mellow and fun! Bring your mat and water. $10 per person Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Cancellations can be made 2 days prior to the class for a refund. Otherwise no refunds unless the class gets rained out. If the class gets rained out we will send you a cancellation email. Thank you!
