Coquille Point Marine Garden Walk

Join the South Slough Reserve on July 16, for a guided walk in the newly-designated Marine Garden at Coquille Point in Bandon.

We will be exploring this dynamic marine ecosystem in the rocky intertidal zone. Tidepools and towering sea stacks with colonies of boisterous seabirds are an added feature of this program. Bring your binoculars!

Please note: Some folks might find the stairs down to and back up from the beach (130 steps round trip) beyond their capabilities. Please take this into consideration before registering. Maximum 20 people may attend.

Participation is free, but preregistration is required. Meet at the Coquille Point parking lot at the end of 11th St. SW in Bandon by 10AM, Wednesday July 16.
