About Us

Anne McCaleb CPA, PC is a virtual CPA firm located in Coos County and serving clients in Oregon and Northern California. I provide accounting and bookkeeping, tax preparation, and money-saving tax planning services to small businesses and individuals. I also offer nonprofit audit services and employee benefit plan audits.

I consider myself a “blue-collar” CPA; the first twenty years of my accounting career were spent in the day-to-day operations of my husband’s small construction-trade business. I am intimately aware of the needs and struggles of a small business as an owner, not just as an outside “white-collar” accountant. My passion is helping other small businesses to keep more of their hard-earned money and pay less in taxes.

I keep a casual, approachable atmosphere and my goal is for you to feel comfortable discussing your personal financial matters with me, without judgment. To me, clients truly come first. I am committed to helping every client succeed, so I work alongside you throughout each state of your business, from inception to maturity. Together, we’ll negotiate the path to reach your financial and business goals.

My practice is built on the fundamentals of prompt and individualized service, excellent communication, and attention to detail. When you come to me, that’s what you’re getting: me. As a sole practitioner, I don’t have staff to delegate to, which means your projects are getting the full benefit of my knowledge and experience as a CPA, and also as a small business owner.
